I'm thinking that if you added a url-blocker plugin such as BlockSite, you would be able to selectively disallow material from scurillous sites like Twitter. I'm also wondering if you could configure Adblock to stop in-page references to banned material, as Ad-blocker works by dis-allowing data from a different domain from the main page and greatly speeds uploading many news media sites.

Mac GUI City is not seditious enough!

Though I had a user tell me a year or two ago that Mac GUI is blocked by some web filtering software for being a downloads site.
