 | Using Webmail | |
What is Webmail? Webmail is simply an easy way to access your email from anywhere on the planet using a standard web browser. No additional software is needed.
Mac GUI uses the Roundcube software to provide webmail access to its members. RoundCube Webmail is a browser-based multilingual IMAP client with an application-like user interface. It provides full functionality you expect from an e-mail client, including MIME support, address book, search, spell-check, folder manipulation and message filters. Back to top |

I am getting an error message when I try to access webmail! It may be that your browser doesn't fit the requirements to run Roundcube webmail. They are:
- Netscape 7+
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6+
- Mozilla Firefox 1.0+
- Opera 8.0+
- Safari 1.2+
- JavaScript enabled
- Support for XMLHTTPRequest
If you're sure that you meet these requirements, you should first double-check the username and password you are using to login. Then, take note that if you leave your email account abandoned for over 6 months, it will be deleted. Back to top |

Why don't any of the links or buttons work? Since Roundcube webmail was designed to behave like a typical desktop application, you need to double-click most buttons and links to get them to work. Back to top |

How do I send or reply to email? Once you are logged in, simply click the send new message icon in the tool bar. When reading a message, there are additional icons to reply, and send the reply as a forward. You can use the spell-check option by selecting a language from the pop-up menu (if your message isn't in English) and clicking the spell-check option. After a few seconds, words which aren't recognized will be underlined. When finished with your email message, click the Send Message button to send your email. Back to top |

How do I create a new folder? Click the Personal Settings button in the Toolbar, then click the Folders tab. You will see the area to create, delete, or rename folder on that page. Back to top |
 |
Can I send Attachments? Yes you can! When writing a new message there is a small Attachments box on the left side of the page. Click the + icon and you will be able to upload files to send with your message. There is a file-size limit of 10MB. Back to top |
 |
How do I move messages to a different folder? This works in a similar fashion to a desktop application. You must first select all of the messages you want to move (they will highlight in red). Then, drag them over to the folder you want them in on the left-side column. Back to top |
